Education :

Dr. Wright received a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1971, a Doctor of Medicine from St. Louis University in 1975 and a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Michigan, in 1986. He has been Board Certified in Ophthalmology since 1987 and Board Certified in Legal Medicine since 1990. This dual board certification is held by fewer than 1% of attorneys in the United States. He has served as a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Surgery at Michigan State University. Dr. Wright is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Academy of Michigan Trial Lawyers Association. He is a fellow of The American College of Surgeons, The International College of Surgeons and The American College of Legal Medicine.

Professional :

Dr. Wright is of counsel to the Firm and is admitted to practice in Michigan including the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan. Dr. Wright participates in the evaluation of client medical matters including medical malpractice claims. Dr. Wright has served as a medical expert in various courts.

Personal :

Dr. Wright resides in Michigan and Florida. He is a twin engine certified pilot and certified diver. Dr. Wright has participated in over 35 marathons throughout the United States and the world. In addition he enjoys astronomy, hunting and music.
