Immediately after representation begins, we start gathering information about your case. All healthcare providers are contacted and all insurance coverage is verified. A medical billing balance log is created. Information gathering may include obtaining witness statements, digital images and governmental reports. Each file is opened with a twenty-eight-point checklist. Information gathering may continue throughout the course of representation.

Medical malpractice or medical negligence cases require additional information to be gathered.
