The next step is the initial client
meeting. The potential client will
make an office appointment and have
an opportunity to ask and answer questions
with either an attorney or paraprofessional
employed by the Firm. Occasionally,
the initial client meeting may take
place in the hospital or home. This
meeting generally takes an hour or
more. In the event the client and the
Firm agree to representation, an Authority
to Represent, Statement
of Client Rights,
Medical
Authorizations and other legal
documents will be signed by both the
client and the Firm.
